The location is perfect, just a short drive to Disney Parks. Enjoyed the happy hour at the bar. Rooms felt a bit dated and could use some updates. The game room was nice but could be busier. a solid choice for families.

Decent budget option with potential. Guest attention at the front desk was commendable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The sliding door to the sink area was a thoughtful touch for added privacy. there are significant issues. The humidity made the stay uncomfortable, especially for my infant. A lingering odor in the room detracted from the experience. Beds were uncomfortably hard. Parking was ample and free—a plus, as was the proximity to the premium outlet. The pool was inviting; restaurant prices were reasonable. Still, management must address inconsistent room quality. A clearer description of amenities and room sizes would enhance the overall experience. This place can improve with attention to crucial details.

Great pools and tons of activities for kids. The breakfast staff were so friendly, it made the mornings better.
It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it.

The pool area is fantastic, perfect for families, and the splash pad is a hit with kids. The room we had faced a noisy highway, making it hard to sleep. There’s a fun game room and decent options for food nearby. Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay. Overall, a comfortable place for visiting parks.

The outdoor swimming pool was a dream, perfect for soaking up the sun on the loungers. I loved my comfy bed after a long day of adventures. Everything was clean and so inviting; I can't wait to come back!
would be happy to recommend ❤️✨

The staff radiated friendliness, and the location was perfect—just a 15-minute drive to the parks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping did a stellar job. the restaurant offerings disappointed; I encountered limited options and subpar food. While some areas showed wear—like the elevators and the makeshift supports around the property—the shop provided convenient snacks.

Our experience at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista was fantastic! The shuttle service made getting to the parks a breeze, and the proximity to shops and restaurants was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities, including clean pools and laundry facilities, added to our comfort.

Great place! Rooms are big and comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and nice toiletries. Loved the pool and splash zone. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Shuttle to parks is convenient. Location's fab, close to restaurants and shops. The lake view area is peaceful with seating. Remember, super reliable security too!

The staff greets you like you're long-lost family. The breakfast buffet is like a feast fit for a king and there are enough dining options around to keep you stuffed all week long.
The musty smell in the room is a party crasher.

I loved staying here because it's super close to all the Disney parks, just under 10 minutes by car, and I found plenty of food and shopping options within a few steps, like restaurants and the lively Disney Springs, making it incredibly convenient for weekend strolls; the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was usually quiet, perfect to unwind after a long day, but I did notice it could get a bit crowded at times with groups.

Affordable accommodation, clean rooms with a small fridge and microwave for convenience during our stay.
No complaints whatsoever.

The room featured a fridge and microwave, adding convenience for snacks and meals. The bed was moderately comfortable, though adjustments could enhance sleep quality. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Noise from the nearby highway was a constant disturbance, especially on the pool view side. The bathroom had visible signs of water damage and a slight musty odor, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleanliness was lacking, with a few bugs spotted. Although the pool area was inviting, the overall room condition felt dated and in need of renovation.

Honestly, I couldn't get any sleep because of the loud music coming from the nearby restaurant; it went on until 2 AM! I’m a light sleeper, so trying to block it out with earbuds didn’t help much. Totally frustrating!

Loved the wonderful pet-friendly policy that allowed my furry friend to join me. the convenient location made it a breeze to hop onto the free shuttle to reach the parks. The outdoor swimming pool was a hit, and breakfast was a steal at $14 per person.
Had trouble finding staff for towel changes, but no biggie since I eventually found someone. Unfortunately, communication issues arose when my flight was diverted, and getting a refund became a hassle with little help from the billing team.

My friends and I had a blast at the hotel - we visited Disney and Universal daily using the convenient shuttles! The Comfort Zone Bar and Grille had epic game nights, perfect for chilling after theme park adventures!
We wished there was a cool dance party or karaoke night for us teenagers to party the night away! .

The patio with lake view was heaven for eavesdropping on bird conversations. The Boardwalk buffet was my fitness inspiration with its endless supplies of temptation. The landscaped grounds made it feel like tropical paradise, and the Comfort Zone Bar & Grill grilled up some tasty escape.

i loved the location, it was pretty close to all the parks. only cost about $7/8 to uber to each one and split between our group it was very cheap. also, there's a free shuttle service to the parks which only one person in our group used due to how early they ran. the room location was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfy. the little shop provided us with all the extra bits we could have needed during our stay, it even has cheap meals for those nights you get in really late and didn't have a chance to eat. staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing bad to say 😊

I was thrilled to visit Dr. P. Phillips Community Park, and Rosen Inn pleasantly surprised me with their complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and Sea World, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The on-site Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner, offering a wide variety of child-friendly choices at dinner.
com reservation issue.

we encountered some issues with the air conditioning, as it didn't work properly and made the room uncomfortably hot. The lack of proper temperature control was a downside during our 5-day stay. the staff at the front desk were not very welcoming, and we felt like we were bothering them whenever we had questions. The breakfast was decent, and the staff serving it were friendly. A highlight was the kind older lady who cleaned our room, despite the language barrier, she was sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, the elevator to the 5th floor was out of service for the entire duration of our stay, which was inconvenient. The buffet offered was basic and overpriced, and there was inconsistency with the procedure for food deliveries by Dashers. Rosen Inn had its pros and cons. While the room had some nice amenities, the lack of proper air conditioning and elevator service made our stay less enjoyable. The mixed experiences with staff and services made it difficult to fully recommend this hotel to others.

Had a blast during our New Year's stay! The hotel's chicken sandwich and wings were a tasty to-go option, and having ice machines in the vicinity was super convenient. Also loved having a refrigerator and a hairdryer in the room. The location was perfect, close to Disney Springs and an easy trip to the Disney parks. Plus, the rooms were spacious with a fridge and microwave.
Some downsides: the beds were smaller than expected, bugs found their way into the room due to a faulty shower rod, and maintenance issues like water seeping into the floors. Also, the shuttle schedule for Disney could use some tweaking, and the noise from the nearby highway might bother light sleepers in pool-facing rooms.

The location is convenient and has ample parking.
The room had a strange odor and the carpet was dirty with a visible stain. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom showed signs of mold.

Our family had an amazing time with the Kids Eat Free program offered at this family-friendly hotel. Our children, aged 9 and under, enjoyed delicious meals on the house while we savored the buffet selections.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities could enhance the family experience.

I was disappointed when I requested a crib but was ignored during check-in. I had to carry a playpen alone with 3 kids, and the unlit parking lot made me feel unsafe. Rooms were musty and one bed was uncomfortable. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at this inn for 15 nights during our trip to Disney. The location was perfect, being just a 10-minute drive to the park gates. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the parks was a great convenience, and there was even a public bus stop nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.
The slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, which was quite frustrating.
